What is the MCIUEA?
The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit Education Association represents the teachers of the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit 23 in Pennsylvania. Our members serve children throughout the Montgomery County in public and non-public schools and facilities. Education is our priority. We strive to promote the general educational welfare of the state and the county, to protect and advance the interests of its members, to foster professional zeal, and to advance educational standards. We are a local affiliate of the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) and the National Education Association (NEA).

Directions for Logging onto the MCIUEA Website
Click on the word 'logon' in the upper left corner of the page to login. Your login name and password is the same one that you use to login to the PSEA website. Once you are logged in you can view member only information. Contact and confidential information can be found on the members only pages.
If you do not have a user name and password, please follow the directions below.
- You will need your PSEA card.
- Please go to or type in the following address: https://www.psea.org/logon.cfm.
- Under the red stop sign click on the appropriate link and follow the prompts to obtain a username and password.
- The username and password will be either given then or emailed to you.
